How Do I Pay?
In person appointments can be made via at the end of the session via eftpos. If you are having a telehealth appointment, the therapist will process your payment via credit card with our secure online payment system.
It is a requirement when engaging our services to provide your credit card details using our secure payment system.
How much does it cost?
50 minute session: $150
80 minute session: $200
Our fees are clearly substantially lower than the APS’s recommended fee of $260 per session, and have adopted PACFA’s pricing model instead allowing for a more affordable access to our services.
How long are sessions?
Session’s are 50 minutes long with the remaining 10 minutes which is used for admin. Longer sessions for deeper work are 80 minutes.
Your data and privacy
Do You Offer After Hours Sessions?
Yes. We offer sessions from 8am until 7pm. You can read more abour our after hours service here
There is currently no additional charge for our after hours service
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled therapy without a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of the session of the cost of your appointment.
This is to ensure that our counsellors time is effectively used to cover travel time, expenses, and time preparing for the sessions. While there are often waiting lists, it’s sometimes very difficult to fill those spots with less than 24 hours notice.
Are your sessions in person or Telehealth via zoom?
Due to the current government recommendations, we are currently running all sessions via Telehealth (Zoom and google meets)
